The Forty To See, Inc. provides pharmaceutical consulting to a variety of small and medium sized international customers in the pharma, biotech and life science space. We are and have been strategic partners in mergers & acquisitions, product licensing, pipeline development and financing. Operationally, we actively support clients with market access and actively in organization development, governance and management; on a longer term but also in reorganization stage.
The Forty to See (aka D42C [1] ) can deploy all necessary capabilities, infrastructure, capacities and faculties for its clients in those endeavors. We bring a combined six decades of strategic and operations experience to bear, including executive management, operations, transactions, marketing, scientific and technical know how in North America and Europe.

In a day and age in which cross-cultural competence is essential to successfully execute corporate transactions, D42C can assist since its principals have lived and worked in various geographies; and speak several languages. Such competence has helped to produce a number of impressive success stories for its clients originating from the German, Anglo-Saxon and Latin cultures. D42C has served the pharmaceutical, biotech, research tools and regenerative medicine spaces within the industry.

D42C can typically address consulting needs of clients in the small (including start-up) and medium (established) size segment of the industry; and small to medium sized private, venture capital and private equity investors.

She worked for corporations such as SmithKline; Gebauer; and Boehringer Ingelheim (both, Bedford Laboratories and Roxane Laboratories).
